Operations Facility Coordinator needed for UHNW Family Office An amazingly generous UHNW client is looking for an Operations Facilities Coordinator to oversee the organization of their family Real Estate Portfolio. You should have 5-7 years full time experience working in a support role for a busy individual in a corporate setting - we want to find someone who is incredibly organized with terrific admin skills. We want to find someone who THRIVES on being organized. You will be the primary contact for their three local properties in NYC (2 homes and 1 office), as well four other properties in the US. Each property is considered a "client" and will have a binder/file/spreadsheets with a list of preferred vendors, maintenance calendar, tracking budgets, and inventory list. Being street smart and savvy and being proactive are all characteristics that will thrive in this role. We want to find someone who can wear a variety of hats and switch gears at a moments notice. This is an IN PERSON, M-F, 9-7p role. The office is based in the West Village. Salary DOE, $120-$140,00 plus generous medical benefits and PTO! There could be some travel to various residences for up to a week at a time. College degree required. Must be local to Manhattan, be fully vaccinated.
