We are looking for a Senior Level EA/PA for a High Profile SF family. This is an incredible family who keeps their staff for years bc they are so kind and generous. Both the Mr and Mrs have their own businesses and need someone who can assist on the admin side of their work worlds, but also help out with household errands, deal with household vendors and help manage their calendar (family of 4.) The family is looking for a seasoned Assistant who lives in SF and hopefully has a rolodex of contacts to use. We are looking for a self starter who can take initiative and make executive decisions when needed. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is a career Assistant who takes pride in their work, and wants to work for one of the best families in SF! Must have a college degree and valid CA driver's license. Schedule will be M-F in the home office. Must be fully vaccinated. Salary commensurate with experience, $125,000 + DOE!
