Part Time Houseman “Jack of All Trades” needed in Atherton
A generous HNW family in Atherton seeks houseman for 10 hours a week on a flexible schedule to complete tasks ranging from household repairs to outdoor cleaning. We understand that you will have other clients, and are willing to work around your other client schedule, as long as you can come a few times a week for at least 10 total hours per week. This is a busy household, and you should feel comfortable with little kids and dogs running around. You will be responsible for trash maintenance, simple groundskeeping (example leaf blowing, cleaning the grille, cleaning pool furniture, dusting outside for spider webs), vehicle cleaning & fueling and maintenance are all a part of this role. Candidates MUST be able to lift 80 pounds. We need a strong person who can help with moving, hauling and heavy lifting but most importantly no job too big or small mentality. Hiring ASAP. Must be legal to work in the US and pass a background check. We are looking for a professional handyman/houseman/Jack of All Trades who has worked in U/HNW homes with a minimum of 7 years recent and relevant experience.
