Part Time Houseman needed in Dallas
A wonderful, generous family in Dallas is seeking a part-time Houseman to work two to three days per week. This role focuses primarily on outdoor household duties and general property upkeep. Responsibilities include cleaning patio furniture, maintaining and cleaning the BBQ, washing windows, removing cobwebs, and blowing and raking leaves. The Houseman may also be asked to assist with occasional errands, such as picking up dry cleaning, as needed by the family. The schedule can be either six- or eight-hour days, ideally three days per week, though the family is open to two days for the right candidate. Applicants must be local to the Dallas area and have strong, long-term references. The hourly rate is $25 per hour, depending on experience.
