Personal Administrative Assistant needed in Pacific Heights for High Profile Family

We are looking for a sophisticated JR level Personal Administrative Assistant to work full time in our clients gorgeous home in Pacific Heights. You will be responsible for bill paying as well as cutting checks and calling in payroll - you should be well versed in Quickbooks. You will answer the household phone, so you should be well spoken and have excellent communication skills. We want to find someone who loves working out of a home office, and can work well with vendors to fix things in the home, and help make the kids DR appointments, restaurant reservations, paying CC bills, and making sure that the house is running smoothly. The family has a Senior Level PA who does the more sophisticated travel planning and concierge type services - you will have the opportunity to learn from one of the best! Must have a college degree, and a minimum of 3 years full time experience working in private homes. Must be fully vaccinated and boosted! Salary DOE, $90-$100,000. Please send professional resumes to:
