Personal Assistant/House Manager needed in Atherton for CEO $175,000+!

A busy CEO is looking to hire their first PA/House Manager in Atherton! This is a big job for an experienced professional PA with some house management experience. We are looking for someone who can manage three properties in the US, oversee household bills, create travel itineraries, manage calendar for CEO and his family (partner and school age child), running local errands including grocery shopping & picking up dry cleaning, purchasing gifts, sourcing & coordinating with household vendors, and other various tasks to keep this busy individual on track. The CEO has an amazing Executive Assistant at his office who you will work in tandem with. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years full time experience working for HNW individuals in a Personal Assistant, Family Assistant and/or House Manager role. Must be local to the Peninsula, be fully vaccinated and boosted. We are looking for a calm, even keeled personality - this CEO prefers to surround themselves with people who have a serene and tranquil energy about them.
