Personal Assistant needed for Entertainter in NYC
A successful client in the Entertainment industry is looking for her right hand Personal Assistant to help her with all things personal in running her life! This is a very sweet client, married with two kids, who needs an experienced PA. She is a talented singer/songwriter who occasionally dabbles in acting. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years full time experience working as a PA - we are specifically looking for someone who has at least five years experience working for A List talent in the Entertainment Industry - we are looking for someone who has worked for film actors or a musician who has gone on tour. We want someone who understands the ins and outs of the entertainment industry and can help our client in every aspect of their life! You should be organized and feel comfortable being copied on emails with lawyers for Visa paperwork, liaising with her agent and managers, as well as working with her husbands Assistant to coordinate their personal plans. Must be local to NYC, and be fully vaccinated and boosted. This is a super exciting opportunity to work for a kind client, and hopefully grow with her as her career takes off! Schedule will be M-F 40 hours per week, with occasional after hour requests. Salary is $90,000 (non negotiable) plus PTO and health insurance.
