Personal Assistant needed for UHNW Family Office in West Village NYC

We are looking for a JR/Mid Level Personal Assistant to work for a UHNW family in The West Village. This is a hands-on role and we are looking for someone who is savvy and hard working and doesn't mind long, busy days. You should have 2-5 years full time experience working in a support role in a fast paced environment in a corporate setting or for working for busy UHNW families. We want to find someone who is incredibly organized with terrific administrative skills and who THRIVES on being organized. You will be the primary contact for their three local properties in NYC (2 homes and 1 office), as well five other properties across the US. Each property is considered its own entity with a list of preferred vendors, maintenance calendar, tracking budgets, and inventory lists. Being street smart and savvy and being proactive are all characteristics that will thrive in this role. We want to find someone who can wear a variety of hats and switch gears at a moments notice. This is an IN PERSON, M-F, 9-7p role working out of a gorgeous home office.
