Personal Assistant needed for UHNW Principal in NYC

We are looking for a professional Personal Assistant to work for a UHNW client in NYC. The client has an amazing Chief of Staff based in London, and you will be the main support located in NYC. We need someone who has their hand on the pulse of NYC - the best restaurants, things to do, event planners/caterers - anything that this single gentleman may need to keep their life running smoothly with the best of the best vendors! You will be on call 9-7p but be comfortable checking texts/emails after hours when the client is traveling and on different time zones. Candidate should have a strong sense of service and hospitality, and be incredibly organized. The client has an amazing travel agent, but you may be asked to book things for trips like restaurant reservations, activities, etc. You should be a team player, as you will be expected to keep the Chief of Staff up to date on the client. The principal also has a House Manager who works out of the home who you will work with when you need to drop things off. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years full time experience in a support role for a busy HNW executive. You will be based out of a WeWork in Soho, most work will be done remote from this space. Flexibility to work from home occasionally is also an option.
