Personal Assistant needed in Goleta $120,000 DOE
We are looking for a Personal Assistant for a UHNW client who splits their time between Montecito and Palo Alto. In this role, you will maintain both personal and home office space inventories across both properties. You will assist with preparing overnight travel bags (fashion awareness is a plus), support pet care including coordinating pick-ups, drop-offs, and occasional overnight care for the dog, and help receive and host family guests or appointments as needed. You will also assist with events like small dinner parties. Ideal candidate will have some House Management experience and be able to manager vendors and a small household team. Within the principal’s office, you will ensure the space is kept pristine, maintain organized supply closets, replenish inventories, and confirm that technology is working properly before meetings. Day-to-day, you will help keep the principal on top of their schedule and assist with sharing meeting information and links. Candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a support role as an Executive Assistant, or experience working in hotel concierge or the hospitality sector. If you have experience working for for HNW families that would be a bonus! This could also be an amazing opportunity for a Family Assistant who wants to make the leap to a Personal Assistant role.
