Personal Assistant needed in Palo Alto

We are looking for a professional, organized and polished Personal Assistant for a young family in Palo Alto. This role requires you to meet with vendors, calendar management for Mr & Mrs (personal only, they have an Executive Assistant who handles all their business meetings), making dinner reservations, scheduling personal appointments (personal trainer, massages, hair appts etc), working with a stylist and interior designer, coordinating weekly flower delivery, running local errands including helping the chef stock the home with all necessary items and supplies. The role is in person, M-F, 40 hours per week, and requires a 24/7 mentality. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years full time, recent experience as a PA for a busy, fully staffed home. The client has a Estate Manager who you will report to, and will also delegate tasks to you. The client values longevity in roles, and is looking for someone who has long term references in the Bay Area. You should have a 24/7 mentality to check time sensitive emails and texts.
