Personal Assistant needed in San Francisco $150,000 DOE!
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a fully staffed home. This is a full time role, M-F, 8/9a-5/6p working out of the home in San Francisco. When the principals are in a different residence, your hours can be flexible, but they still expect you to be at the home each day to get mail, work with vendors and check in on things. We want to find a true team player, who thrives in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years full time experience as a Personal Assistant for HNW families. We are looking for someone who is tech savvy as the principals prefer to communicate via ASANA. We want to find someone who is hard working, hungry and can take initiative. This is a fully staffed home so you should be a team player, and understand that the Estate Manager may delegate tasks to you when they need help. Must have a college degree, and CA driver's license. Ideal candidate can travel to other domestic US residences to set up for the families arrival. Local SF candidates only. Must be fully vaccinated and boosted. Salary DOE, $130-150,000.
