Personal Assistant to Retired Film Producer in NYC $80,000

We are looking for a professional Part Time Personal Assistant to work for a retired Oscar Winning film producer. The principal is looking for someone who can help with property management of two homes (NYC & Paris), admin work (sometimes you will be called on "after hours" - about once a week), scheduling appointments including Dr. visits, liaise with the principals accountant and lawyers, make sure the principal is attending to the Board they serve on, run local errands including occasionally grocery shop or stocking the pantry. We want to find a Personal Assistant who is tech savvy to help the Principal connect to ZOOM meetings and do simple iPhone updates and troubleshoot any computer issues. We want to find someone with a calm, peaceful, no fuss energy who the principal will grow to trust and lean on. Ideal hours will be: 10-2p, $65/hr. Must have a minimum of 6 years full time experience working in a private home as an Assistant. Local NYC candidates only. You will be required to work out of a Chelsea brownstone M-F for 25-30 hours per week. Health insurance is provided, as well as 2 weeks PTO!
