Personal/Family Assistant needed in SF/ the Marina!

We are seeking a full-time, Monday–Friday Personal/Family Assistant for a wonderful young family in the Marina. Hours can be a bit flexible, but they will guarantee 40 hours per week. They are looking for a true professional who can help keep their lives running smoothly. Typical Personal/Family Assistant responsibilities include family calendar management, booking appointments, making dinner reservations, creating travel itineraries, and running local errands. They have a dog, so they would love someone comfortable handling occasional pet-related tasks such as vet and grooming appointments. Light household support is also appreciated, such as running a quick load of laundry or taking out the trash as needed. They have a housekeeping team twice a week, so this role is primarily focused on tidying and organization. We are looking for a true team player, this family has a wonderful nanny who they adore and they want to create a Dream Team! The family values positive attitude and energy in their home and wants to find someone who is upbeat with a great sense of humor! The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of recent, full-time experience as a Personal or Family Assistant working in private HNW homes. Salary is DOE, $50–$60/hr, plus medical benefits and PTO. A valid California driver’s license is required. Candidates living in SF will be prioritized. They are looking to hire with a Jan 1 start date!
