Personal Finance Business Manager needed for CEO in NY! $200-$300,000!
We are searching for an experienced Business Manager to work for a dynamic HNW CEO based in NYC. This principal’s career is growing at a rapid speed and needs a trustworthy and experienced person to manage their entire personal financial life (nothing related to their company, only personal finances.) This will include real estate portfolio management (buying & selling), managing insurance policies, working with CPA on all things tax related, corresponding with lawyers and other agents. The client relies heavily on Quickbooks/Quicken for their financial reporting – you should be proficient in this software and be able to step in and continue their personal financial records. You should be a pro at writing and reviewing contacts, and negotiating on behalf of the principal. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and has worked for a HNW client and helped someone take the leap into the next financial level of their life. One of the most important aspects of this role is that you will be solely handling the personal finances of the CEO, nothing related to their company/business. You should understand and prefer (!) working on the personal side of things vs business side, and know that you will be sometimes (but not often) working with the principals company's financial team. The CEO is based in NYC, but is open to hiring someone outside of the city as long as you are flexible to travel to NYC every quarter for a week’s worth of meetings. Salary DOE. Must have a college degree, graduate degree is preferred. Must have recent references working as a Business Manager for a single client or at a small family office.
