Personal Household Assistant needed for High Profile family in Soho NYC
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to work for a young family in Soho. This is a hands-on role and we are looking for someone who is savvy and hard working and doesn't mind busy days. This is an incredibly laid back and nice family and they want to find someone who meets their casual but professional energy. You will be responsible for stocking the home from sparkling waters to shampoos and all household necessities. A lot of this job will involve local errands across the city - one day you may have to go uptown to pick something up, the next day you may spend doing returns around Soho. The family has a house upstate, and would love you to visit once a month to organize pantries and also make sure that the home is always ready for a last minute visit (again: making sure that the home is stocked with all necessary items.) You will be in charge of adding Dr appts and events to the family shared calendar, and working in tandem with the EA from the office to make sure that no business meetings overlap or interfere with family events. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years working in private homes as a Personal/Family Assistant. The family has an older dog and would love someone who is dog friendly and can take them out twice a day. Hours are M-F, 10-5p.
