Private Chef with Gardening Experience needed in Los Altos
We are looking for an amazing Private Chef who is passionate about gardening and a true farm (or garden) to table experience! While the main responsibility of this role is all standard private chef duties (maintain and stock the fridge, keep kitchen pristine, menu prep etc.) About 50% of your role will be to create and cook amazing, fresh, organic meals for a family of 4. the other 50% of your responsibilities will be to oversee and managing a large vegetable garden on the property with 20 large beds and multiple fruit trees as well as chickens on site for fresh eggs! We want to find someone who will roll up their sleeves, and come up with a composting system, planting maps, pest control and anything else under the sun to keep this gorgeous garden thriving! This is an incredible opportunity for a chef who loves to grow their own produce! Candidate must have a farming/gardening background, as well as experience working in private homes for HNW families!
