Residential Tech Manager in NYC
We are looking for an IN HOUSE, residential tech manager for a client in NYC! Candidate should have five-plus years of experience in IT support and have at least one reference supporting the IT/AV requirements of private residences and or boutique hotels. You will split your time between the office as well as the residences. This position requires frequent travel, domestically and internationally, in support of the family’s needs. You will be the liaison for the family to maximize family privacy and security. We want to find someone who can break down technology lingo for the principals and their children and parents (grandparents) to understand. Think of yourself as a technology concierge who will assist with anything to do with the family's mobile devices, computers, printers, and productivity software. You will also support the technology needs of all family office employees. You should be truly enthusiastic and passionate about technology with a 24/7 mentality. Salary is $125,000 plus benefits.
