ROTA 2 week on, 2 week off nanny needed in SF $200,000 + DOE
We are seeking a professional career nanny and newborn care specialist to join a wonderful childcare team for a family in San Francisco with two young kids ages 1 month and 4 years old. The ideal candidate will already be based in the Bay Area or be open to relocating, as this is not a fly in or fly out position. Candidates must hold a valid California driver’s license and a valid US passport. A minimum of five years of recent, full-time experience working in fully staffed private homes as a full charge nanny is required. We are looking for someone with long term references, who has not jumped around from family to family - ideally this role will be long term for whomever they hire. Experience with multiples and newborns is strongly preferred. We are looking for an upbeat and positive nanny with a nurturing energy. You should be a team player, as this is a fully staffed home. The family is ready to hire as soon as they find the right fit. The schedule follows a 14-on and 14-off ROTA rotation with 24/7 availability during the “on” weeks. Flexibility is important, as covering sick days or trading days with the other ROTA nanny may be required. The family welcomes local candidates as well as those who are open to relocating to California for the role.
