ROTA nanny needed in Atherton
A wonderful UHNW family in Atherton, CA is seeking an experienced ROTA nanny to work a week-on, week-off schedule. The family has three school age kids ages 7 - 12. This is a collaborative role alongside a long-term nanny who has been with the family for over five years. The household is fully staffed, and the family also employs a private tutor who works several afternoons per week. The role is full charge during the scheduled rotation and requires someone who can support the children’s routines, schedules, and development while working seamlessly with other household staff. The ideal candidate is a true team player with a positive, can-do attitude who is comfortable in a structured, high-expectation environment. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of recent, full-time experience as a full-charge nanny. A bachelor’s degree is required. A valid California driver’s license is required, and a nanny car will be provided. The candidate must have a valid U.S. passport and be flexible to travel for up to two weeks at a time during the summer months. Swimming is required as the family has a pool they love to use during the summer months. The family values loyalty, so long term references is also very important to this family. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional nanny seeking a long-term position with a respectful, organized family that values teamwork and longevity. Schedule is approx 7a-9p, with flexiblity to start later if a parent takes the kids to school, or stay later if they have a date night. You will never work the full 7a-9p, but we want to find someone who will be flexible for schedule changes during their "on" weeks. Salary DOE, $45-$50/hr plus a generous compensation package.
