ROTA nanny needed in Burlingame $120-$140,00 DOE
We are seeking a college-educated, experienced ROTA nanny for a wonderful family in Burlingame. The family has three school-age children and is looking for a caring, energetic, and organized partner to support their household on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, from 7 am to 8 pm. You will work as part of a team alongside their other fantastic nanny, rotating shifts and collaborating closely. Responsibilities include preparing healthy breakfasts, packing lunches, making snacks, ensuring the children have the right school supplies, and staying on top of everything needed for sports and after-school activities. Both parents work from home, so the ideal candidate is comfortable in a collaborative household where the parents are involved day-to-day. The family also travels for up to 6 weeks per year, with travel responsibilities shared between both nannies. The position requires a four-year college degree, a valid California driver’s license, and a valid passport. Candidates must also be local Northern California residents. The right fit will be someone who thrives in a team setting, is highly organized, and takes a proactive approach. Compensation is $120,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, along with full medical benefits and a matching 401k.
