ROTA nanny needed in Noe Valley
We are seeking an experienced ROTA nanny to join a collaborative team in Noe Valley, working week-on, week-off alongside another nanny. One of the current nannies is moving which is why the family is looking. The schedule is 7 consecutive days on, typically 8 AM to 8 PM, with occasional extended evenings on Saturdays when the parents have events like date nights or birthday dinners. The family has two children, ages 3 and 8, and values consistency, engagement, and developmental support. They do travel regularly, so flexibility is essential. You should expect to travel at least one weekend per month. The ideal candidate has a strong background in education—either through early childhood development coursework or classroom teaching experience—and has recent experience working as a ROTA nanny. This is a live-out position, so candidates should have their own housing within 20 miles of San Francisco. Salary is dependent on experience, ranging from $115,000 to $120,000.
