ROTA week on week off nanny needed in Atherton $115,000+
One of our favorite clients is in need of a professional nanny to work week on week off. There is another nanny who you will split the month with, working every other week. You will work Sunday - Sunday, and then pass the baton to the other nanny who will take over. This is a live out role, you will most likley work 7a-7p during your week on but we want someone who lives close in case the parents have a date night and you need to stay later (we don't want someone commuting long hours during your work week.) This is a lovely family with two school age boys (5 & 10) who are incredibly active! We want to find someone who can not only assist with mentally stimulating age appropriate activities, but who can also run around and play basketball or soccer or ride bikes in the neighborhood. You should also be a strong swimmer, as the family has a pool and the kids love to swim during the warm summer months! The family does love to travel for up to two weeks at a time, and you may be asked to work two weeks in a row (and then will have the next two weeks off.) We want to find a TEAM PLAYER who will have a flexible mentality - although this schedule is week on week off, if there is an "emergency" you may be called in on your days off (and of course will be compensated for your overtime hours!) We are looking for a nanny who has a minimum of 6 years full time experience working full time in private homes as a professional child care provider. Candidate must have a college degree, be fully vaccinated and boosted, and have a valid CA driver's license with clean driving record (nanny car is provided.) Salary DOE, $115,000+.
