Senior Level Estate Manager needed in Atherton
We are looking for a hospitality trained and focused Senior level Estate Manager for our client in Atherton, CA. This home is only one year old, with top of the line technology and systems. This a formal run home, with a team of approximately 10 staff members including several housekeepers, a chef, three nannies, two personal assistants and a JR Estate Manager (who will work under you.) The family is looking for an experienced Estate Manager who started their career working in hotels. We would love to find someone who worked at Five Star resorts and built a solid service oriented foundation. This home is run like a hotel. Ideal candidate will have some experience working in private residences. Schedule will be Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work on weekends as needed (you should be checking emails and phone always in case there is an emergency). This is the main residence of the family, and they spend 75% of the year here - family has homes in Hawaii and NYC. The home is approx 30,000 sq feet. Salary DOE.
