Senior Level Personal Assistant/House Manager needed for Founder in SF!!!

Personal Assistant/House Manager needed for High Profile/High Net Worth Founder in San Francisco! This is an INCREDIBLE opportunity - we are so excited to be working with this client! Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years full time experience as a Personal Assistant/HM to a UHNW principal, ideally someone who has long references supporting High Profile clients. Experience working with an A List Celebrity is a bonus, as the client is often in the spotlight and we would love someone who can help navigate working in the public eye. This is a two person household, with one home in SF - they are looking to potentially expand their real estate portfolio in years to come. We are looking for a candidate who has experience with House Management duties such as: sourcing vendors, overseeing part time employees (gardener, housekeeper, chef), planning dinner parties and intimate cocktail parties, as well as typical Personal Assistant duties such as booking travel/planning trips with extensive itineraries, personal calendar management, gift buying, and coordinating with trainers and stylists. This is a young couple who likes the best of the best, and also likes to keep up with the current trends. Think: Aman properties, going to the hottest new restaurants, attending Art Basel, etc etc. We want to find someone who is well connected and can take their lives to the next level! The key characteristics the clients are looking for in this person are: professionalism and discretion with an eye for detail and sense of style. They want to find someone who has a calm energy and who can get the job done while maintaining a cool and calm demeanor.
