Senior Level Personal Assistant needed for High Profile/HNW client in Soho $150-$175,000 DOE!
We are looking for a Senior Level, career Personal Assistant who has a background in design. This HNW/High Profile client in the Entertainment Industry and he needs someone who can manage their lives. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years recent full time experience supporting High Profile clients. Any experience in Design would be a bonus, as this client is doing a major renovation on their loft and would love someone who has incredible sense of style and a knack/passion for interior design! You should have experience traveling with and packing for your principals, as well as accompanying to meetings with agents and lawyers, architects, designers etc. This role is 100% Personal but we want to find someone who has a strong admin foundation with excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for high level correspondence on behalf of the client, as well as detailed calendar management.
