SR Level Executive Personal Assistant needed in Marin
We are seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support the founder of a hedge fund based in Marin. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility to work from home. However, you should expect to work from the home office approximately two days per week for in-person meetings and check-ins. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and has excellent research skills. Experience working with a Family Office or involvement with a Family Foundation or nonprofit organization is strongly preferred. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years recent full time experience supporting a CEO on the business side, and also enjoy doing some PA duties. In addition to high-level support, the role may occasionally include more routine personal tasks such as running local errands or taking the dog to the vet. This is a new position for the client and offers an exciting opportunity to shape and grow the role. Salary: $110,000 to $150,000, depending on experience (DOE).
