SR Level Personal Assistant needed in Atherton & SF
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, adaptable and who can effortlessly wear multiple hats and shift gears at a moment’s notice. Responsibilities will include complex calendar management, drafting and managing select email correspondence on behalf of the principal, coordinating domestic and international travel, running local errands, assisting with the planning of elegant dinner parties and intimate events, and providing direct support to the family’s Chief of Staff and Estate Manager. A background or experience in construction, interior design, or project management is a bonus and will be highly valued in this role, as the client often has active home or design-related projects underway. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university is required. Candidates without a degree will not be considered. Spanish speaking would be a bonus. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a trusted capacity for an exceptional client. Salary is $175,000 to $190,000, depending on experience, and includes medical benefits and paid time off.
