Two live in 24/7 ROTA nannies needed in Coral Gables Miami
A lovely family of 5 is relocating to Coral Gables Miami this summer and is looking to hire two rotational nannies to work a live-in 24/7 shift. They have three school-age kids who are incredibly bright and creative, and they want to find a smart nanny who can oversee all childcare aspects. The mom needs a right hand to keep the kids' schoolwork, after-school activities, doctor appointments, and rooms all organized! They want to find someone who is warm, with a positive attitude, who can come in and support this busy family. There is separate on-site staff housing for your week on. Local Miami candidates only please, since this family will be new to the area and wants to find someone who is local to Miami and can potentially help suggest activities and other kiddo-related things to the family. They do have a Hamptons home and would love someone who can travel for up to two weeks at a time. This is a fully staffed home, so you should be a team player with a "no job is too small" mentality. The ideal candidate will have grown up babysitting and potentially coached sports teams or worked in classrooms. College coursework in Education or Child Development would be ideal. Schedule is one week live-in 24/7, then one week off. Salary DOE. Looking to hire mid-June/early July, but can be flexible for the perfect nanny! Salary DOE, $90,000+ DOE.
