Two Mannies needed in Palm Beach, FL $100-$110,000 DOE!
We are seeking two energetic, athletic rotational mannies for a live-in, week-on/week-off schedule in Palm Beach. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a warm, fully staffed family who have two active, sports-loving school-age boys. The ideal candidates are high-energy mentors who genuinely love being outside, running drills, tossing a football, shooting hoops, and traveling for tournaments. If you played college sports or have experience working at sports camps and thrive in an active environment, this could be a perfect fit. During your “on” week, you’ll work from 7am–7pm, fully engaged in the boys’ daily routines, school support, and athletic commitments, including travel for games and tournaments. Flexibility is key, as travel of up to two weeks at a time will be required during school breaks and summer months. Separate staff accommodations are provided on the property during your working week; however, candidates must have their own local housing for their week off. Applicants must be based in the Palm Beach or Miami area. We are looking for professionals with a minimum of 3–5 years of recent experience working with elementary or junior high school-aged children in an athletic or coaching capacity. The family hopes to hire positive role models who can serve as fun, motivating mentors while maintaining structure and professionalism. This is a formal home with a collaborative, experienced household team that includes a chef, personal assistants, housekeepers, drivers, and security, so being a team player and understanding the dynamics of a fully staffed environment is essential.
