DISCLAIMER: College degree is required for this role, non negotiable. We are looking for a true Unicorn for one of our favorite, most generous clients in Menlo Park. This role requires a candidate who is incredibly meticulous, detail oriented and thrives off of organization and keeping systems in place. This client needs a true gatekeeper, right hand to keep their personal life and home running at light speed. The client has an Executive Assistant that you will work in tandem with. Ideal candidate will have started your career working as an admin. for a busy start up where you learned to juggle multiple projects and switch gears at a moments notice. You will have worked your way up to the C Suite, where you learned to also handle the personal aspects of your principals life. You will have booked elaborate trips with detailed itineraries including coordinating with security and private pilots, created high end intimate dinner parties for High Profile guests, and communicated on behalf of your principal through emails and over the phone. Although this position is based out of a beautiful home office (required to work in person Monday - Friday, from 8a-6p) this role is very much similar to an Executive Assistant role in the structure of the role. You will have daily meetings with this executive, and maintain a weekly TO DO list. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years experience working for High Profile/HNW C-Suite Executives. We cant stress enough that this role requires an increidbly strong administrative foundation: you should dot your I's and cross your Ts at every step during the day! The client offers a very generous compensation package including matching 401k, full medical benefits including vision and dental, 3 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays and a generous salary. This is an incredibly kind client, who is always fair and has strong moral values. You will be responsible for managing their seven properties in the country (4 local and 2 out of state) and one property in Mexico. There is no staff management in this role, the client is hands on in that area. You will be responsible for all home management: vendors, large and small scale events, calendar management for family of 4, stocking the home, routine home maintenance, and other very typical duties expected of a Senior Level PA/House Manager. This client wants to find someone who can stay for years. Please send professional resumes to:
